The 4 Steps of our process:

  • Step 1 – Choose & Personalize Your Design

    Select your product (e.g. keychain or acrylic logo) and upload your design or logo.
    Optionally choose size and mounting.

  • Step 2 – Complete Your Order

    Add your personalized product to the cart and purchase through the Shopify checkout.

    🛑 Note:
    After production, you’ll receive an email with the result. You have 24 hours to report any issues before we ship your product. Returns won’t be possible afterward.

  • Step 3 – Production Within 72 Hours

    Once your order is received, production begins.
    Your acrylic logo is laser-cut, double-layered, and quality checked within 72hours.

  • Step 4 – Shipping & Delivery

    Your product is securely packed and shipped.
    You’ll receive a tracking link once it’s on its way.

Your piece is handcrafted exclusively for you — therefore, returns or cancellations aren’t possible after production begins.

Of course we’ll always do our best to make sure you love your product.

Can I return or exchange personalized products?

As each item is custom-made according to your personal specifications, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

However, we do everything we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your order.

How long does production and shipping take?

Production begins immediately after payment is received.
We usually produce and ship your item within 48 hours.
The duration of shipping depends on your place of residence. We ship all products from Germany..

Can I see my design before production starts?

Yes — upon request, we can send you a digital preview of your product by email before production begins.
Just activate the preview option during the order process.
After we have created the preview, we will contact you by email.
This email will also contain a checkout link that you can use to complete your order.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product is damaged during shipping, don’t worry — we’ll take care of it.
Please send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery to .
We’ll review it immediately and replace your product free of charge.
Your purchase with us is completely risk-free.
